I daydream, write, draw, listen, and create.

My first children’s book, The Lonely Lightless Bottom of the Sea, an animated picture book, is available at Apple Books.

I also host The Spirit of the Fox podcast, which explores our light-filled universe and the myriad ways that spirit guides us to learn more about ourselves and each other.  

For those you enjoy such things…in my younger years, I authored, I Heart My In-laws, a humorous book on in-laws, contributed essays to The New York Sun and McSweeney’s, and appeared on The Today Show. I also completed a BA from Brown University and a MFA from Columbia University.

I’m so grateful to share my journey with my family (three children, one husband, two dogs and one cat!) and anyone who pauses here.
